Karma Tashi | CEO
Karma Tashi is the CEO and the foundrer of Bhutan Travelers. After having had worked with government of Bhutan, Karma had resigned to embark into a new profession. He became a trained tour guide and led so many groups for a reputed tour companies in Bhutan.  He has traveled every nook and corner of the nation as a tour guide. His vast experience and knowledge gave him confidence to set up his own business when tourism was liberalized in Bhutan.
Karma is very flexible about the personal needs of his clients but extremely rigid when it comes to the quality of service that his staff must provide. Although desk-bound, he still takes every opportunity to guide clients himself.

Tsheten Chophel | Manager Tour Operations
Tsheten Chophel works in the company as the Tour Operation Manger. Tsheten holds a B.Com (Hons) from the University of Delhi, India. He is also the logistics man of the company. He is responsible for ensuring that every formality is carried out efficiently from the beginning of a trip to departure. He is friendly and charming despite having his neck in the noose should anything ever go wrong.

Mamita Baraily | Finance Manager
Mamita Baraily comes from Galephu in Southern Bhutan.  She joined the company way back in 2006 as a Finace Manager.  A highly motivated B.Com graduate from Delhi University is the back bone of company.  He looks after company’s daily financial deals and transsactions, corporate finance, year end BIT profit and loss accounts and prepares balance sheets. Besides, Mamita also consults company about its financial niches.

Anjana Gurung | Reservations & PR
Anjana Gurung comes from Samtse, a district in southern Bhutan.  Anjana who holds Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Delhi. She started her carrier in Bhutan Travelers as international reservations Manager.  Her responsibility as a reservation manager entails making accurate reservations and logistics arrangement.  Apart from this, Anjana Gurung also work as a PR manger in the company.

Chenda Dorji | Tour Leader
Chenda Dorji is the veteran tour and trek leader of Bhutan Travelers.  A Commerce graduate from Sherubste College is one of the most qualified guides in Bhutan.  Trained and certified by the Tourism Council of Bhutan, Chenda leads groups both for cultural tour and trekking.  He has done all the treks in Bhutan including the world’s toughest Snowman trek.  He speaks fluent English, specialized in history, cultures and sociology.  He is friendly, caring and adaptable to any situations and environment.

Phuntsho Wangdi | Local Expert
Phuntsho's claim to fame would probably be that there is no place in Bhutan where he has not ventured himeslf personally. It began from his home town in the east, Trashiyangtsi, and has continued in every direction. Phuntsho has been with the company since 9 years and can formulate any kinds of itinerary. He is also an expert of Merak and Sakten, which opned up for tourism after decades.
