| Tariff & Payments |
The International Tourist Tariff is set by the Royal Government of Bhutan and is valid for all-inclusive packages. The tariff for tourists visiting in a group of 3 persons or more are as follow: |

| Hign Season Tarrif |
US$ 200 per person per night (February, March, April, May, August, September, October, November & December). |

Low Season Tarrif |
US$ 165 per person per night (Janaury, June & July).
Note: Both the above rates are the same for cultural tours, treks or any other special interest tours. |

| Surcharge |
Individual tourists and smaller groups (FITs) of less than three persons shall be subject to surcharges as below:
Single Individual: US$ 40 per person.
Group of 02: US$ 30 per person per night.
These FIT surcharges are net payable (non-commissionable). |

Payment Procedure |
Tour payment must be sent 90 days prior to your date of arrival in Bhutan and visa is cleared by the Royal Government of Bhutan subject to advance payment only.
It is also advisable to remit payment for Druk Air flights 90 days in advance to help us obtain your confirmed seats.
Drukair has introduced e-tickets and the reservation is based on "book and buy", which means we will have to get your tickets issued immediately after the reservations is been made. The details of your e-tickets will be forwarded to you after we confirm and buy your tickets.
Once your trip is confirmed, we will send you complette instructions for making payments. |

- Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
- Land transport within Bhutan.
- Trekking equipment: sleeping tents, dining tents, kitchen tents, toilet tents, mattresses, and rubber sheets.
- Services of guides.
- Trekking cooks and assistants.
- Pack animals - horses or yaks .
- Museum and monument fees.

- Insurance of any kind.
- Rescue operations by helicopter.
- Airfare & taxes.
- Transfer and services outside Bhutan.
- Visa fee of US $ 20 per person.
- Wire fee for transferring tour payment from your bank to Bhutan.
- Excess baggage charges.
- Mineral water, soft drinks and any alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, laundry, telephone calls and other personal expenses.
- Any other expenses incurred from unforseen events or calamities.

| Cancellation Policies on Drukair and Tour Payment |
- Drukair: Full refund is entitled for the flight cancellation made before 31 days from your date of travel.
- Tour payment: For the tour cancelled before 31 days from your date of travel on genuine reasons, you will be refunded full. If you cancel less than 31 days from your date of travel, 5% administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
