International tourists' tariff is set by the Royal Government of Bhutan and is valid for all-inclusive packages. The tariff for tourists visiting in a group of 3 persons or more are as follow:

US $250 per person per night (March, April, May & September, October, November).

Low Season Tarrif

US $180 per person per night (June, July, August & December, January, February).
 Note: Rates are the same for cultural tours, treks or any other special interest tours.

Payment procedure

Tour payment must be sent 90 days prior to your date of travel to Bhutan and visa is cleared by the Royal Government of Bhutan subject to advance payment only.
It is also advisable to remit payment for Drukair 90 days in advance to help us obtain your confirmed seats..
Once your trip is confirmed, we will send you complete instructions for making payment.

• Accommodation in Govt. approved Hotels on twin sharing basis.
• Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
• Land transport within Bhutan.
• Trekking equipment: sleeping tents, dining tents, kitchen tents, toilet tents, mattresses, and rubber sheets.
• Services of guides.
• Trekking cooks and assistants.
• Pack animals - horses or yaks .
• Museum and monument fees.

• Insurance of any kind.
• Rescue operations by helicopter.
• Airfare & taxes.
• Transfer and services outside Bhutan.
• Visa fee of US $ 20 per person.
• Wire fee for transferring tour payment from your bank to Bhutan.
• Excess baggage charges.
• Mineral water, soft drinks and any alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, laundry, telephone calls and other personal expenses.
• Any other expenses incurred from unforseen events or calamities.

1. Drukair: Full refund is entitled for the flight cancellation made before 31 days from your date of travel.
2. Tour payment: For the tour cancelled before 31 days from your date of travel on genuine reasons, you will be refunded full. If you cancel less than 31 days from your date of travel, 5% administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
